Herschel’s Map is a young Indieband from Zwolle, The Netherlands. Composed of longtime friends Daan Makkinga (lead guitar), Martijn Schmidt (bass), Tim de Jonge (vocals and guitar) and Jonathan Belling (drums), the band is looking for ways to renew the classic concept of Rock music as it has been known for 70 years.

Having played together for over 3 years, Herschel’s Map has taken their time to find their sound and form a tight group, fueled by their love for music, as well as their friendship. This musical connection has resulted in the release of the band’s 1st EP: Chasing Stars (2021) and their latest single ‘21’. In the fall of 2023, their new EP called ‘City’s Burning’ was released, along with follow-up single 'Lose Your Habits' in July 2024.
