Fentom builds worlds out of sound — atmospheric, slow-moving electronic structures that creep under your skin and hit hard in your gut. His beats breathe tension: gritty hip-hop rhythms full of lo-fi anomalies, imperfection, and soul.

In early 2025, Fentom brought his music to life on stage through live beat sets performed on the Ableton Push and enriched with FX pedals. During his show anything can happen — a turntablist might appear, or a vocalist may spontaneously grab the mic during his set.

Fentom is deeply drawn to the tactile nature of sound, often releasing his work on cassette or vinyl. Beyond his solo releases, he explores the realm of soundscapes for art installations and exhibitions, using sound as a form of spatial expression.

His latest release was a mixtape, in collaboration with Kes, where his signature blend of melancholic tension and raw textures once again takes shape.

Fentom bouwt werelden van geluid — atmosferische, trage elektronische structuren die langzaam onder je huid kruipen en vervolgens keihard in je maag landen. Zijn beats ademen spanning: gruizige hiphop beats vol lofi-anomalieën, imperfectie en ziel.

Begin 2025 bracht Fentom zijn muziek tot leven op het podium met live beatsets, uitgevoerd op de Ableton Push en verrijkt met fx-pedalen. Tijdens zijn sets is er van alles mogelijk: er kan zomaar een turntablist opduiken, of iemand pakt spontaan de microfoon tijdens een open mic. Fentom streeft er altijd naar zijn muziek uit te brengen op cassette of vinyl. Naast zijn eigen releases duikt hij ook graag in de wereld van soundscapes voor kunstinstallaties en exposities, waar hij klank gebruikt als vorm van ruimtelijke expressie.

Zijn laatste release, een mixtape in samenwerking met Kes, is een release waarin zijn kenmerkende melancholische spanning en rauwe texturen opnieuw tot leven komen.
