Synths, gritty guitar hooks, electronic beats and heavy breakdowns distinguish Daniel Brooke from other artists. With a unique combination of 00"s metalcore like early Asking Alexandria, Asking Alexandria and Attack Attack!! and modern alternative music like 6arelyhuman, Lil Peep Ayesha Erotica and Charli xcx, the 26 year old is set to bring back a feel of nostalgia to the elder emo’s while staying in line with modern music in 2024. Daniel Brooke's contradicting nature of his aesthetics and styles truly stands for expression of the unique self. June 13th Brooke played support show for the legendary Escape the Fate. In 2023 he was selected for the Popronde showcase tour.

After his time a Youtube guitarist where he gathered a total of 450.000 views, he

released his first project called Deadheading, an EP. With singles like ‘Roleplay’ and ‘Cigarettes Don’t Solve Problems’, he showcased what the Dutch artist is about... Loud, aggressive, catchy music.

The first single of this new era, 'Blood on Her Prada', was released on march 1st 2022. This track set the tone for the new sound the artist. By incorporating heavier instrumentals and more screaming vocals, Brooke gave fans a throwback to the scene-metalcore of the 00's, and people seemed to like it... Kink FM premiered the song and quickly gathered a couple of thousand streams.

On january 24th he released the song Circus. For this released he played his first successful headline show at Hedon Zwolle. The unique combination of electronic instrumentals, heavy guitars and aggressive vocals caught the attention of John Coffey singer David achter de Molen and got a featured on the Zes Losse Tanden podcast where the song got the nickname 'Emo Snollebollekes'. Quickly after this release Brooke leased the metalcore track Million Times which got praise for its insane breakdown and catchy chorus. In 2023 Brooke got selected to play the Popronde and played a total of 16 shows in September and November of 2023.

Together with White Russian Records, (former) home to bands as Call it Off and GIRLSGIRLSGIRLS he’s set out to release A LOT of new music in 2023.
